We decided to try the brunch offered on the weekends from the Chef’s Table. A tradition that has become popular with those who enjoy culinary art, and it was a pleasure to meet the team at Three. The menu is simple but tailored to truly satisfy brunch lovers, including both sweet and salty plates created with local and imported ingredients. Most dishes have a Floridian feel to them like the ‘Miami style” Huevos Rancheros dipped in colored salsa with caramelized plantains, eggs and beans, and the fried chicken with waffles dipped in sweet chilli pepper syrup and smoked butter. These were accompanied by mimosas and live music.
The place is impeccably decorated, you notice good taste and quality everywhere. Without a doubt it is a crossroad for people who want to enjoy a fine gastronomic experience that offers an ample selection of wines and cocktails that reflect the global/local qualities of the restaurant, like the Late Bloomer- Citric, aromatic, and fresh.
