Novikov Miami

Downtown Miami - Restaurant - Chinese, Japanese, Seafood - $$$
Novikov Miami

This restaurant’s name originates from Russia, but the food has Chinese and Japanese influences. It’s located in Downtown Miami, close to Zuma and Il Gabbiano. The variety of fish (national and international) is impressive and they are showcased on ice so that customers can select their fish. The fish is then cooked using the Japanese method Robata, at different temperatures on burning coal. This place is elegant, surrounded by an outside area with a view of Biscayne Bay. In the interior, you will find a bar with a huge variety of spirits and a transparent wine cellar.
