Coya Restaurant

Coya has locations in London, Dubai and now Miami. The decor is eclectic and original. It has several rooms and a private area for members. Their food is based on Peruvian cuisine and other flavors from Latin America. The bar is great and its atmosphere reminds us why Miami is the new metropolis of the world, there we had a chance to drink the Japanese whisky Suntory, the same Bill Murray drinks in "Lost in Translation". Additionally, it is one of the few restaurants that has a Josper (a hybrid between a grill and an oven) which is the Rolls Royce of professional kitchens.
