The flavors of acclaimed gastronomic establishments will grace the 18th edition of the South Beach Wine and FoodFestival (SOBEWFF) in Miami Beach, from February 20 to the 24th. Local and international restaurants will showcase their best in Miami Dade, Broward and the Palm Beach counties. More than 60,000 visitors are expected to attend this year.

This highly anticipated wine, spirits, and food festival will bring together the world's most celebrated chefs and culinary experts. Its wide range of activities will allow guests to select from more than 100 unique events, including: tastings, dinners, book signings, wine samplings and specialized seminars.

The influence of the SOBEWFF continues to expand towards the north, where for the first time, Palm Beach County will host prestigious festival events at which participants will be able to meet guests such as television celebrity Martha Stewart. Brightline's convenient and fast commuting service will make attending a breeze.

One of the most exciting events will feature renowned Spanish chef José Andrés, who is considered the leading representative of Spanish gastronomy in the United States. During his Taste of Puerto Rico presentation, he will unveil delightful interpretations of classic Puerto Rican dishes such as the Mofongo, tostones, cod and suckling pig, along with cultural anecdotes of the island he worked in after Hurricane María. He will be joined by Boricua chefs José Santaella, José Enrique and Mario Pagán.
